Can I receive technical support on my purchase?

Astro provides phone support for all purchases that include help getting started, basic troubleshooting or further educational materials to guide you in the right direction. Do you offer financing?

Astro has several options for customers looking for financing. Synchrony offers 12-24 months with no interest where as Acima offers 90 days with no interest and no credit check. Paypal Credit is available for Paypal users as well! We are constantly adding more financing partners so feel free to apply during your checkout process or call us for more information on what’s available to you!

What is Astro’s Return Policy?

Astro provides 30 days to submit your item for return. If the item is defective Astro will replace the item at no shipping cost to you. Other eligible return items must be unopened, in the original box with all accessories and are subject to a restocking fee. You must contact Astro for an RMA number before shipping your return. Astro provides store credit for all return balances. If the item is not as described the customer will pay for shipping costs to have the item returned to their address.


How long is the warranty on my product?

Many standard manufacturer warranties are one year from date of purchase however some products are eligible for two or more years. You can check with the relevant manufacturer website to know more specifics. It may be important to register your product with the manufacturer in order to receive the full term of warranty for items like speakers and other equipment. For example, QSC offers a six year warranty if the customer registers the product online. A copy of your purchase receipt will be required.
