When returning a product, you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the product for another product, or request a refund. All returned items require an RMA (return merchandise authorization). An RMA can be provided by contacting an Astro AVL sales team member and providing details for requesting a return. If you believe an item is defective, or was damaged in shipping, we will supply a return label and ship a new replacement as soon as the defective product is received by Astro AVL and it has been determined to be defective or shipping damage has been verified. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If it is determined the item is functioning according to factory specifications, the item will be returned to purchaser and purchaser will be responsible for shipping charges. If the purchaser would like to exchange the equipment for a different item of equal or greater value, and the original equipment is in the factory sealed box, a full credit will be applied toward the new purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping. If the purchaser is requesting a refund, a full refund may be issued if the equipment is in the undamaged, factory sealed box, including all accessories. Purchaser is responsible for shipping. If the original box has been opened or damaged, equipment has been used or there are any missing accessories such as manual, power supply, cables, etc., a restocking fee will be assessed. Any warranty service required after 30 days is provided directly by the manufacturer and falls under the conditions of the warranty they provide.
